I am 27 years old and just moved to London! I recently joined Weight Watchers and wanted somewhere to share my recipes with other members because when I first started I found it really hard to work out points values and make healthy substitutions to my diet!
My diet is (mostly) wheat and gluten free and my partner is vegetarian so generally my recipes are adapted to these dietary requirements, but you can adapt them to fit your lifestyle, just remember to change the propoints values!
